At Just Imagine Gift Box we pack and dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. However, certain peak periods can mean that your orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days.

Orders are sent from USPS and UPS.

If you need your Just Imagine Gift Box to arrive on a specific date, at the weekend or you need it ASAP, email us at concierge@justimaginegift.com before you place your order and we’ll do what we can to help.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We only accept returns if the Just Imagine Gift Box or items included are damaged or defective. If this is the case, please email us at hello@justimaginegift.com within 2 days of receiving the gift box and we can arrange an exchange or refund.
